Marc J. Comianos, D.O. Honored by The Ohio State University School of Medicine

Smith Clinic Internist, Marc J. Comianos, D.O. was honored by The Ohio State University School of Medicine at an awards ceremony held Friday, May 17, 2002 as Ambulatory Care Clerkship Preceptor of the Year.

The program, which many Clinic primary care physicians participate in, helps train 3rd year medical students from the University’s College of Medicine and Public Health.  Students complete a one-month rotation with Dr. Comianos’ practice. Learning general medicine, as well as developing skills to maintain a physician practice are all part of their educational experience.
